This page explains how our planning resources, saved work and referral permissions work.

Editorial basis

The professional hubs and guides use original planning frameworks. Where a factual statement relies on an external source, the relevant official source is linked. These resources do not claim manufacturer testing, a clinical review board or independent product rankings.

The founder’s practice experience informs the questions NuWays asks. It does not establish that a particular treatment, device, software product or investment will fit an individual practice.

Readers should distinguish a checklist from an approval, an illustrative scenario from a forecast, and a learning brief from a clinical competency assessment.

Commercial model

The intended business model may include disclosed affiliate activity and compensation for requested introductions to participating partners. No paid placements, ranked partners, vendor introductions or affiliate checkout links are active in these professional pages.

Before those features are enabled, the relevant relationship and action must be explained beside the recommendation or introduction request. A broad statement in a footer is not enough to explain a specific sharing decision.

Privacy and saved work

Preparation checklists can be used on the page and downloaded. Where a Save option is offered, you can choose to save progress in your website workspace. Saving requires your profile and permission; it does not authorize sales contact or vendor sharing. Unsaved work may be lost when you close or reload the page.

The Resources and Insights libraries let you search published resources. Search does not create a CRM contact. Public worksheet downloads do not require email or marketing permission. Saving a personalized report, model or worksheet uses the profile and save permission you provide.

Pages load web fonts from Google Fonts. The consumer homepage also loads an image from Unsplash. Those requests are subject to the providers’ processing and policies. This statement does not claim that loading a webpage generates no network requests.

Do not enter patient-identifying information into the downloaded planning worksheets. See our Privacy Notice for how NuWays MD handles saved information, email requests and inquiries.

Before introductions launch

Owners should see who would receive an inquiry, why that party is relevant, what information would be shared and whether NuWays may be compensated. The owner should choose the named recipients and explicitly authorize sharing.

Resource delivery, email marketing, SMS permission and partner sharing are separate purposes. No checklist or download grants any of those permissions.

Continue with a useful decision.

Calculators show results from the numbers you enter. Unsaved drafts and some transfers between tools use this browser tab. When you choose to save, the relevant scenario, assessment, notes or worksheet is stored in your encrypted website workspace. A private return key lets you reopen saved work in another browser. Keep that key private. No vendor receives your inputs automatically.

Equipment catalog and buying briefs

The equipment catalog contains sourced device records, category guides, comparisons and a downloadable buying brief. A buying-brief download does not collect contact information, and browsing the catalog does not authorize a vendor introduction.

Equipment help requests

The equipment help page has two paths: help choosing equipment and help reviewing a quote. You describe your project, add your contact details, review your answers and send the request to Darryl. You can include a saved equipment project or ROI scenario if you choose. Darryl follows up personally. No acknowledgment email or text is sent automatically, no manufacturer receives your details, and asking for help does not subscribe you to emails.

A browser cookie recognizes saved work for up to 30 days. A private return key can open it in another browser. This is not an identity-verified account. website workspace records are encrypted; administrators control the server and keys. Avoid shared browsers. Clearing cookies does not delete records. Deleting the workspace revokes access and removes personal workspace content, while minimal CRM reconciliation records may remain. Existing CRM records and backups need separate retention review. Contact [email protected] about deletion requests. Inactive workspaces are eligible for scheduled cleanup after 180 days.

ROI scenarios save directly on the calculator page. Saving a scenario does not require an equipment request or newsletter signup, and it does not create a sales inquiry. You can choose a saved scenario to include when you ask for help.

Hair-removal and RF-microneedling guides include deeper purchasing analysis. Historical owner-reported EmpowerRF pricing and a CoolSculpting ownership account are clearly separated from current prices, independent clinical evidence and verified market resale values.

Attribution and follow-up ownership

Darryl owns the initial review of new website inquiries. We use our CRM to manage requested resource emails, contact details and email preferences. An equipment help request also creates a separate inquiry record and an internal notification for Darryl. Newsletter subscriptions are handled separately, and existing email opt-outs are respected. The connection uses contact details, service preferences, a request reference, limited source information and recorded permission. It does not copy the complete research workspace, financial models or private return key into our CRM. Saving research alone does not request personal sales follow-up. Vendor sharing requires separate permission naming the recipient.
