Equipment assistance requests
Equipment forms save a draft in your browser-linked workspace as you go. Submitting asks NuWays MD to contact you about that purchase project. Your contact details, service interests, practice context, timing, quoted costs or terms you choose to provide, request reference and limited source information are delivered to our CRM for Darryl’s follow-up. Each request has its own history. A saved equipment project is included for review only when you select it. Saving calculator figures alone does not request contact or subscribe you to emails.
Equipment requests do not authorize vendor sharing, marketing emails or text messages. Withdraw follow-up using the request receipt in this browser, or contact [email protected] with your reference. Withdrawal stops further follow-up for that request; it does not erase existing correspondence or completed CRM records. Contact us about access or deletion of those records.
What is saved
If you choose to save, we store your name, email, selected reading topic, priorities, treatment interests, checked consultation questions, budgets and articles you choose to save. We record your permission and the save date. Do not enter medical history, patient records or other sensitive health details.
How you return
A private session cookie lets this browser retrieve your work for up to 30 days. Anyone using the same browser profile can access it. You can create a private return key in your workspace before clearing cookies or using another browser. Anyone with that key can access your saved work, so keep it private.
Storage and deletion
Saved workspace records are encrypted in our website database. Site administrators control the server and encryption keys. Temporary budget and article drafts can remain in this browser tab until saved or closed. This is not a clinical record system. A scheduled cleanup removes workspaces with no saved updates for 180 days; server scheduling and backup retention are separate. Delete your consumer plan to remove its information from the active workspace. Print or download a copy first if you want to keep it.
Separate choices
No marketing subscription or vendor-sharing permission is bundled into saving a research plan. Resource email requests and newsletter choices use the separate email service described below. If you also use the practice-owner tools in this browser, your consumer plan is stored separately within the same session. Deleting the entire session from the practice workspace also removes consumer information.
External services
NuWays MD uses this website for saved resources and our CRM and email service for contact management and email delivery. Depending on your request, that service receives your name, email, selected interests, request references, limited source information and permission records. It also receives the private link to your requested email resources and preferences. That link does not open your saved research plan, clinical information or financial models. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and some images from external providers. Following external links takes you to services with their own privacy policies.
Consultation requests are separate
If you submit the Boca form, our website saves your name, selected contact detail, interest, timing, named recipient, source page, referral ID, separate permissions, consent wording and timestamps. Authorized site administrators can review requests and record their progress. These records use the encrypted workspace storage described above.
Authorized consultation requests can create a CRM contact and inquiry record and an internal notification to NuWays MD. Receiving a request in NuWays does not automatically forward it to the practice. Administrators can review the approved brief for forwarding to All About Aesthetics. That brief excludes research-plan data and internal notes. Copies you download or share are outside the website storage system; handle them privately.
Use the receipt or saved request list to withdraw introduction permission or delete a request. Withdrawal blocks new brief exports. It cannot recall a copy already downloaded or shared. Deleting a research plan does not delete separate consultation requests. Deleting the entire saved workspace removes its personal content and revokes access. A minimal CRM reconciliation record may remain to cancel pending processing or mark an existing inquiry as withdrawn. Existing CRM contact and inquiry records, downloaded copies and backups require separate retention or deletion review. Contact [email protected] about those records.
Consultation requests do not subscribe you to marketing. Permission for scheduling texts is a separate optional choice on the Boca request form. The request form shows whether consultation requests are currently open.
Email resources and newsletters
When you request an emailed resource, we store your name, email address, requested resource, source page, submission time and newsletter choice. If you select email interests, we store those choices too. Resource delivery does not require a newsletter subscription. A newsletter selection remains pending until you confirm it through the private link sent to that email address.
The private email link opens your requested checklists and email preferences. Anyone with that link can view those resources and change the email preferences, so keep it private. It does not provide access to your separate saved treatment plan or practice financial models. Opening the link alone does not subscribe or unsubscribe you.
You can change interests, stop either audience’s updates or unsubscribe from all NuWays MD marketing emails on that page. An existing email opt-out is respected; a later resource request or interest selection does not silently turn email back on. Consumer and practice-owner newsletters are separate choices.
Email subscription, request and opt-out records are stored separately from browser workspaces. Deleting a saved research plan does not delete these records or cancel a newsletter subscription. We retain the permission and opt-out information needed to manage your choices; requests to access or delete other email-service records are reviewed separately, including copies held by our CRM and email service and in backups.
