How this first collection was prepared
This collection updates existing NuWays MD articles and adds new educational guides and a product comparison based on published specifications, using the sources linked on each page. Those include the FDA, dermatology organizations and Mayo Clinic. Manufacturer material is labeled and used to explain the manufacturer’s offering, not as independent proof of superiority.
Clinical review status
The new guides have not yet received an independent clinical review. “Sources checked” means the editorial sources were consulted on the stated date. It does not mean a clinician has approved the article or assessed your situation. Independent clinical review is a publication requirement for these draft treatment guides.
How we handle claims
We explain limitations alongside potential uses. We do not rank a treatment as best for you, promise results or treat popularity as evidence. A regulatory clearance is device- and indication-specific; it does not establish that every advertised use is appropriate.
Updating older material
We retain the original publication date when adapting archive material and identify substantive changes. The Morpheus8 update corrects the original non-invasive description and adds current FDA safety context. Established article URLs and original publication dates are retained. Updated articles distinguish the original publication from substantive editorial changes.
Commercial influence
Referral relationships must be disclosed. Payment alone should not determine which treatment is presented as appropriate, and we will not imply that a referral is a clinical endorsement. See commercial disclosures.
